So this video is about doing basic service of BMW 520D.
we just changed 3 things... engine oil, oil filter and air filter. Though car's cabin filter and rear brake pads needed replacement too but client didn't give us permission to change it.

@@paulsp2693 I will recommend aftermarket filters ,afterall no OEM makes filter or other parts they all outsourse them , y to.spend extra money just for bmw badging
Bmw comes with charcoal-infused cabin air filters, unlike the one finds inside the Japanese cars, these bosch charcoal air filters cost 4k for pairs.
Nowa days Honda cars cabin filter also charcoal infused fillter ...

I got my Maruti Dzire ZDI+ AMT 2018 Model serviced in Maruti Showroom at 20000 kms and they changed every fluid they could and the total amount was around 9500/- INR.
I paid 6500 for the same thing, and everything was changed
I also done 20k service of brezza ...
Its around 9200.. for me

@@parmjitmotors257 Companies call it a preventive measure by flushing out every single fuild in the car and replacing it with a new fluid plus the labour charges in a brand showroom is always high. Extended Warranty is The reason I get my car serviced in the showroon.
In 5 series there is a airmatic suspension or normal spring suspension ??
Trust issues might be the reason the client refused to change parts.
You are doing a good job but that s what the scenario is in most service centers.
People have in the back of their mind ki parts change nahi honge and bill main bhi add ho jayega.
However, this can be avoided if the owner is present at the time of service.
Also, use steering and seat cover to avoid stains when the mechanic sits inside the car.

Please ALWAYS use OEM BMW Coolant for all the bmws. The aftermarket coolants cause in long term.
Not necessary we just need the exact grade. It will do the job.

Sir 4 ro brake pad engine oil coolant AC filter oil change and all filters change wheel alignment balancing ka mota mota kharcha kitna ho sakta hey may plan kar raha hu used 320 or 530 d ka iss liye puch raha hu
Brake pads front and rear will be around 12-13k... And general servicing will be around 17-18k

Gear oil change, shocker repair if required, AC refrigerant topup, AC coil cleaning, radiator cleaning, wheel alignment and balancing, if required clutch plate assembly.

I am planing betw 2015 Audi A4 diesel or Bmw 320d.. Which one is generally of lower maintainance and which one has cheaper spares?
Bmw is slightly expensive to maintain but bmw is reliable i owns a 525d i drove it 1,60,000 km not a single issue i faced touchwood just normal service and changed transmission oil when it requires. On other hand audi prts are cheap but not reliable multitronic gear is not reliable and Audi engine is also noot up to mark i hope this'll helps you ✌️
