You are a great new mentor for me, my question is how U.S. allows companies to hire foreigners? Should companies put American citizens first? In that case, why don't we all move back to our native country then work for U.S companies? Thank you!

Foreigners can't work without legal status, but actually easier to find U.S jobs from physical foreign countries just puzzle me.

My ultimate goal is to work less with the knowledge, not be trapped in the office and miss childrens' dance or ball games.

Very informative. Thank you! Question... what if I'm a (US-Filipino) dual citizen who has an LLC in the US but the work is being done by Filipinos. Would you be able to give me an idea as to how I should pay taxes, if ever? I'm hiring them as contractors but I'm also living in the Philippines. How would I categorize that expense when I pay them and how much should I be paying in taxes? Thanks again.

if you treat yourself as tax resident in USA, you file would be different from if you are a non resident.

I just cant believe we allow foreigners to do bookkeeping or tax, good jobs should be reserved for U.S citizens.

Sorry you feel that way. The reality is that a lot of companies are now outsourcing, and this video is meant to help guide those companies and their contractors on the tax side. . But as for our firm, we do not outsource our work overseas.
