Not only from Nicky's advice & encouragement to the young players and their responses but hearing how "OMG" have developed to its current size is a real tribute to Laura & all her staff. Like Nicky I find it tremendously gratifying to see, with tuition, how much these young people's playing can be improved. Thank's so much for posting the video it was a real pleasure to watch. :-)
