THIS run-through is smack-full of theory. Applied, but still theory. THIS run-through is full of useful techniques. THIS run-through is full of "moves" that I want to pick up, and I am sure it will be a lot of hard work. This is no get-it-without-effort crap. This is just very good teaching and study material. I've watched a lot of the free YT stuff on guitar-playing. A lot. THIS and other run-throughs from Pow Music is what will occupy me for a good while - a few months at least. I've also watched through the Hendrix-in-Stockholm video and it seems jus as good! THANK YOU!

What I like about Kirk Fletcher's playing is that he was more of a pentatonic box player but it's evident he put in the work and added more to his arsenal

try these strings "DR Strings Pure Blues Pure Nickel Wrap Round Core 9-42" they are a lot easier to bend then the normal electric guitar strings! I've never broken one
This is very literally what I feel I'm missing in other lessons this will help me not have to do that math of what chord we are on in the progression and what degree of the scale did we just target or bend. I've memorize the scales but for some reason hearing the teacher say. "A string 5th fret, to D string 7th fret" takes may brain to long to process for every not of an entire riff especially an entire solo or song. This visual along with what chord this riff is intended to play over and what scale is current'y being used is way better.

I tend to play the II chord with a major third. Maybe because I come from a bluegrass background where the II chord is typically a dominant. Nobody Knows You When You’re Down and Out and Don’t Advertise Your Man sound to my ears to have a major II chord What are your thoughts on the II chord being major or ii minor in a jazz blues setting?
One thing I can’t get is the rhythm, what would be playing underneath all of this solo stuff? I get the chords and everything just not when he changes, any help appreciated!
