Im no uke player ....so im not sure how easy this is to transpose on uke, BUT you seem to struggle with the higher notes in the key you are in( i think cmaj but im sick so my ear is shit right now). Maybe drop to Fmaj and see if its easier to hit those notes. Cmaj to fmaj is usually a pretty safe transposition in general as its the 5th. P.s. you did a good job im only offering constructive criticism. I tried to link you an easy transposition chat but youtube is mad at the link.
@@Fitz0fury I might! I just randomly did this song. I’ve only played it the number of times I’ve been recording and learning it…. I might try a key change, but I’m not sure because I’m also interested in just continuing to move forward…. Even the original version of the song is a little awkward you know with the vocal notes… thank you very much!! PS: the whole idea with the covers I’m doing now is just to come by ones that I already partially know the songs in my head so I can do them within the first few times I attempt them… I’m recording the process and just trying to get a whole bunch more videos up on TH-cam as well….. I’m just starting so the process will become more refined over time and maybe I’ll even do a lower key version of jumper!!! Please share me and subscribe !!!
@BRiANOHiO yeah man im all for it. Since like 2009 it so when boyce avenue sort of started setting production standards on youtube ..everything is basically an acted out music video made to look like a live session even though the audio is a fully mastered track. Its good to see you being brave enough to show "works in progress" and all that. Sometimes I wonder if the fake "live" videos set unrealistic expectations for learners.
MINE ARE REAL!! I use the app Go Studio FX which comes with TC Helicon interfaces. It allows me to add effects to the video and gives me a little bit of basic EQ, compression, and effects… please check out my cover of Sixteen Tons, which decided to place itself in my shorts category!
Beautiful cover work🔥🔥🔥
