The following comes from a mission statement that appeared in the inaugural issue of SPIN. It means as much to this current staff as it did to the original writers and editors.
A confession: SPIN is imperfect. It’s rough-edged, restless, insatiably curious. A little aggressive, a little cocky. Youthfully uncompromising, but maturely flexible. Romantic - definitely! Irreverent - sure! Unpredictable - yes. Very alive.

Currently enjoying my 7th year sober.. sometimes in life ppl can't see things until it's too late and so it's on you to save yourself. I love this band, genre, music and lyrics. Finally found my own band and humbled to start telling our own stories. Rock on ppl you're not alone in your struggles 🤘🤘🤘
Amazing convo!! Thanks for sharing, love these guys!
I love real ppl, in real bands, making real music. Authenticity for the win. Meanwhile the comments here are thin compared to music video feedback. That's a sad thing to see. This was extremely important and difficult for these guys to talk about. If only more brave souls would come forward maybe the world would look very different today.
I'd like to have friends like that
