"The Commissioner" sent US special agent Steve Mitchell to exotic locales where he encounters adventure and international intrigue, all played out using extreme violence. This series was produced by Brian Donleavy himself and was rented out for syndication when none of the TV studios wanted to buy or air it. It's based on the radio series of the same name, which Donleavy also starred in.
