I feel like ya'll made a good point about showing your child that relationships aren't always perfect. If they're around while your both having a disagreement, it is a learning opportunity. I never thought about wanting my kids to see us arguing or having a disagreement (that doesn't mean seek them out and you absolutely have to have them present lol) but if they're around, and like your husband said in a controlled environment, I think it could be helpful to them. They'd learn how two adults navigate a disagreement, and see how both interact with one another. I do agree that in this generation, people are not taking into account that our children absorb EVERYTHING around them even when we aren't paying attention. So, in this case, I think it is okay to not hide from them when things like this happens, unless it gets super heated or something, but I think its a good thing. They need to learn how to treat their significant others during times like this because marriage isn't rainbows and gumdrops all the time! Loved the video! Ya'll are great! :)
