This is really a hard thing to balance. They balance the game at the top level. Maru doesn't have a problem with disruptors. It's really amazing to watch Maru games where he just bullies the disruptors back. Hopefully, we'll see that this GSL. Other Terran pros below him do struggle with disruptors. So if you balance TvP at the level below Maru, the game will be more even and enjoyable, HOWEVER, Maru will be untouchable by any Protoss. I don't know how to fix that lol.
The clear counter to Disruptor is Libs with range and Tanks, but Cure stick with Bio Ghost the entire time and lost, thats how its supposed to be. Its like saying Zerg with Lurker in unbeatable but because Terran has no Tanks and Ghost.

Yep, you're right. But Maru generally destroys any Protoss player. So balancing TvP for everybody else will make Maru invincible in TvP. This is why Sc2 is usually balanced at the absolute top level to prevent this from happening, at the cost of imbalance at the mid tier and below pro level. I'm not sure how to fix that.
