Was the problem that the wallhung unit was not connected to the LEV box? Or was it just needing to set the dip switches correctly?

If using VRF wall mounted not need kit box.
This case is outdoor is VRF, indoor using normal inverter FCU(wall mounted)and need to install one kit box for the Fcu and need to do setting at kit box.
