Camera man love that “oiii”😭😭
hahahaha
Gonna try this at my boxing club sparring tomorrow, they'll never see the flying knee coming!
haha!
wait..
It'll go great
Ill wait the video
Hol up.
Opponent: shells up*
Jeff: …. 🦅🦅🦅
hahaha
Very controlled sparring and technique is still crisp. Some guys go too hard and they throw technique out the window😢
cheers!
The one very important thing I learned from you is, Oweee!! It is there in each of your sparring videos
hahaha true!
Did the cameraman get possessed on that 4th clip? What was that noise😂
I bought knee pads just for these situations when my partner shells up 😂
hahaha
Does hes say oweee 30 minutes in a row the whole sparring session?
he says it a lot LMAO
its fucking annoying isnt it
Nah its fun. I like it! :D @LowKickMT
0:28 camero got excited 😳😳
Interesting Muay Thai style in the vidéo, good body punch (prove of importance of Noble Art / Western Boxing) and good flying knee, difficult to pass in sparring but you did it.
Very good throw at begins of vidéo and it inspired me for my MMA sparrings.
Good job ❤
cheers!!
Crawford vs Benavidez is a good example. He threw mid/light upstairs at the guard while slightly side stepping over and finished heavy with the body.
cheers!!
Lovr how much you hold it back...
:)
I really gotta work on my flying knee. Great job Jeff, keep it up!
:) thx!
Wow! Nice! Clever!
cheers!
More and more i see your inner Senchaie coming through👍🏻
thanks :)
Impressive ❤
thank you!
with full thai rules i would recon its not the smartest idea grabbing wide like that, maybe go diagonal to mitigate elbows, either by changing angle or by grabbing diagonally (back to head plus shoulder) or grabbing the forearms
i guess the cross would need to be really powerful and the grab to knee super fast otherwise the counter elbow is just too obvious for anyone who used to using them?
The first one was beautiful
thx!
You need to sell merch that says Oooohhh weee!
hahaha
will that knee still hurt if opponent has that mentality which is not known about?
lol what
Sparring Daruish?
Wait, show us the throw?
Impressive! There is usually an accompanying upper body weight shift forward the second their hands are tested (or they think they will be). Makes it easy to end up going the way of the first guy 😂.
:) yes I lean forward into it
my kickboxing class doesnt do knees in sparring any suggestions as to a good alternative
Train muay thai 😂
I would like to know how to do the sweep! The sweep was so smooth from the body lock
ill make a tutorial!
Idk catching a spinning back kick is like sweeping from a landed head kick to me, please tell me your thoughts but i know my spinning back kick, like a head kick is gauranteed damage without evasive manouvers and unlike headkick, is very hard to block let alone catch
Easy to dodge, hard to hit consistently, makes you turn your back. One time is all you get before the surprise is up. This is my favorite kick and all vacation of it I love to practice... a target that moves well will be impractical. If throwing spinning kicks be good on your back because you may well end up there.
Good Superman technique!
thanks!
Thought sweeps where bad etiquette in sparring?
if you are referring to that high kick video, you completely missed the point. I never said sweeping is bad etiquette, its when you catch a high kick with your HEAD only because your partner pulled back on his high kick, THEN you sweep him = bad etiquette
@MMAShredded oh okay thanks for that. I'm still learning and got pretty confused.
OWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
haha
Do you have a tutorial for the judo throw at the beginning?
i belive it sasae tsurikomi ashi
its just pulling and stepping side ways while letting one leg straight for them to trip over
R u retired from mma or u still active?
OWEEEEE
haha
Jeff how effective is blocking knees with elbows at a high level of fighting? I have a theory, if you can block them with the tip of your elbows it should hurt their knees as well as any other attack let's say a roundhouse or tip. But ofc this theory comes from someone that barely spars hard or high intensity. Hope to hear from you!
you definitely can try to block with the point of your elbows, but if not, its going to hurt your arms or the knee will split through the middle/guard.
Thank you Jeff!!!!@@MMAShredded
Ooooiiiii, oooooiiiiii , ooouuuuuuuiii, OOAAABADAABADABOUUUI
hahaha
Why does Jeff always spar like he’s fighting for a world championship ?
All the knees landed in this video was clearly very controlled. If you are unable to see that, you are very inexperienced. But keep training, you'll understand the different one day 😃
@@MMAShredded “intense but controlled” you should copyright that saying , since all your spar wars are “intense but controlled” 🤡
He’s pulling his knee or connecting with his thigh in all of these clips
Positive contact is a thing in controlled sparring (and also in stuntwork) - basically, you hit at speed and/or force, BUT CRUCIALLY - you aim for the surface/just before the surface, rather than aiming to follow through. You can see it with the knees in particular in this vid - they're never aiming to go THROUGH the opponent (which is what I'm taught to do in Muay Thai for maximum damage).
I.e. all the benefits of sparring, no actual injury.
@@MMAShredded yeah whatever spar war champion
Primo gloves or twins???
primo
@@MMAShredded any particular reason why?
I bet this could work in a real fight...
Anything works in a real fight depending how smart and athletic the opponent is. Fighting someone slow and untrained could make you feel like a god.
Essentially this is saying "If they block high, you go low" Which isn't exactly a revolutionary tactic.
Now try it with real opponents that actually do move.
And no one learned
Oi oi o io i
Clinch no good
OOOHHHWEE 💥🦵🏻
:)
Owee
:)
your videos have become cringe level 1000 with that constant "ouwee" for every single move that you do
its good content otherwise but it woild benefit greatly if your camera fanboy could turn it down a notch...
like we get it, he has seen a thai say ouwee when he kicks
I will see what I can do about him!
Nah, I prefer body hooks followed by the uppercut between the elbows, Mike Tyson style.
Met you in bali. At karma
what's up!
are you fighting in one@@MMAShredded
Need a less moronic cameraman "Ouuuiiiii"
