i like the part when it glitches between horror and normal, it's like they're fighting for a happy ending. this song overall made me very emotional and it was very nicely done.
Plot Twist: In the virtual world of Rin, her only friends are Natsuki, Yuri, Sayori and Monika. But one day, Rin will wake up from Rin's world. So Monika is trying her best to hack that virtual world so that they can be friends longer. But Monika's plan failed.
And at the end the "I'll leave you be..." followed by the click is Monika using Rin's pen to erase herself from existence because Monika feels bad for being such a bother.
holy shit this is incredibly well done. i was just expecting a slapped on mashup but you did a bunch of things with this concept that all worked amazingly. in particular the use of the madeon evil edit along with the darker/glitched themes in the ost was really clever.
that middle part after the switch is so great it deserves to be it's own song that entire section with the piano and without vocals just amazing same with the ending man, you guys took two great things and made something entirely new out of it

One of the best things about this mashup is the stages that this goes through as it progresses, it fits so well with DDLC and with Shelter. Like, the beginning part is the happy facade that DDLC starts out with, and the happy facade that Shelter starts with when Rin says that being lonely doesn't bother her. But then you have the glitchy part where Monika begins to destroy the game so you can be with only her, and then it fits with Rin beginning to see memories of her father and realizing just how lonely she really is. And then you have the third part where Monika is starting to realize that this isn't right, she shouldn't be doing this to you, and then Rin realizes that she has to move along, that she can as long as she had her memories with her. Then the ending is a conclusion to it all, as the game ends itself so that you can be free, and that Rin is finally free despite the endless world that continues.
