But he only asked for rest, he fought bravely against his demons until he couldn't take it anymore... He was an exemplary, inspiring person, with a unique and so rare talent. Avicii, the greatest DJ of all time. I miss you Tim... Rest in peace, genius!

I have a beautiful memory of a moment with this song. Just hit 18 and me and my past girlfriend was on a student party. She was on the floor dancing and I was speaking to some friends off the dancefloor when this came on. I felt kind odd dancing but I wanted to make her happy so I started looking for her. As he sang "fade into darkness" I found her. She laid her arms around my neck and I just overflowed with love. The moment just out of high school, finding the courage to dance, being young and invincible. I will never forget it. The smells, the feelings, it all comes back when I listen to this song. Not that I miss it, it just reminds me of very happy moment I will bring with me to the grave. Ty Avicii, your music is a key to alot of happy memories. Hope you are well in heaven.
