he wasnt ok with the ippon (wave) then both his friends got it (suffisant to have the point) so in this case he has to put it in the air to show ippon scored

I HATE when shimpan wave their flags, then when they see the other two with them up they put it up. Either you saw it your you didn't.

it was a definitely perfect strike.

Because the sound of the strike is appropriate, I think it's a ippon. It hit well above shinai.
