What the heck was Meta thinking??? (And unfortunately, my account is not verified.)
That’s so annoying. You don’t have to be verified, if you have a personal Facebook account, you can verify that and speak to support and tell them about your Instagram and hopefully they’ll be able to recover it for you… that’s what I managed to do☺️

You have to subscribe to meta verified and I did it with my personal Facebook account. After you have been approved it should be in your meta verified settings on Facebook. Hope that helps and let me know if you require any more help🥰

I opened one ticket and they looked into it for a day. I said I would give them 3 days before I opened another if they hadn’t got back to me. Hey! Just keep an eye out for the result of the appeal especially in your emails. Afterwards I would suggest you use your Facebook account/ create one and subscribe to meta verified and speak to support that way. That’s what’s worked for me and others when I was researching how to get mine back. I would advise to stay away from paying somebody

I’m glad to be fortunate enough to get to know their name and looked it up online.

By subscribing to meta verified it gives you direct contact. Subscribe with your personal Facebook account if you are locked out of instagram

I opened one ticket and they looked into it for a day. I said I would give them 3 days before I opened another if they hadn’t got back to me.
Maybe give them time to investigate as they may have to consult other teams and they are always busy. It’s such a hard time I know it’s tempting to open multiple

Hey! Just keep an eye out for the result of the appeal especially in your emails.
Afterwards I would suggest you use your Facebook account/ create one and subscribe to meta verified and speak to support that way. That’s what’s worked for me and others when I was researching how to get mine back.
I would advise to stay away from paying somebody
I totally understand! I contacted their customer service several times, but it was like talking to a wall. It was so frustrating and almost knocked me out.
