Hello Fellow Humans, Let's be 100% perfectly honest here. Most of these Navy's are essential extensions of the US Navy and our military might. Take South Korea for example they are 100% integrated into The USA armed forces. We do missions with them constantly. So places like Indonesia and South Korea and Japan are just off shoots of American Navy's.
The only AC Carrier that can actually leave port (performance issues are pain in the neck), is the one that China purchased from Ukraine. it may be able to leave port, but it also has performance issues. It used to have a large enough compartment to store missiles. But something went haywire with that plan. China was forced to retool the missile storage area to become a mini Walmart. What once assisted ship security now serves sailors pop and potato chips at sea.
But still the latest finds on satellite in South China sea has put China now as the most dangerous navy in the Pacific & even the whole world since the Pacific ocean is the biggest body of ocean.The satellites found that China was building floating islands all over the South China sea using huge tankers to go out to the sea.On close inspections of these islands they found out that it was raw sewerage!

Number of troops and ships aside, it is undeniable France is right behind the US if you consider France is at the forefront of homegrown technology for every single asset you can find in naval warfare... On little information, i could find the idea was thought by a guy named Leo szilard, and he wanted to create a cobalt-60 salted thermonuclear bomb designed to spread enhanced radiation that blankets a large area.. according to some sources (not reliable), they say the weapon would have been bigger than a 737 commercial airliner. This weapon was never produced because of how lethal it actually was. I would love to get my hands on Leo szilard's documents explaining such weapons, but that's probably locked away in a secured vault somewhere. Edit: some new information I overlooked. The British did test a small cobalt bomb in 1957, but that was the only test ever done. The Soviet Tsar Bomba still remains as the most lethal weapon ever made at 50 megatons (originally was going to be 100 megatons)
So why don't the Brits flatten out a big part of the deck so they can also have aircraft carrier properties. And, while we're at it, since the hull and deck are already so basically impenetrable why not just close up any holes that still may exist and fortify the ship a bit more on the inside and they'd have a combination warship, command quarters, submarine and aircraft carrier.
