Yes. They are called disperse dyes. The best for polyester is called "iDye Poly" but, i don't know if you can get it in Nigeria. There are different brand names, the most popular being Rit dye. Rit dye can dye polyester, chiffon, silk and cotton. This you can get in Nigeria. Type it into Google.
