One of the cuts I lost when I had a box of records stolen at a gig in 1997. One that I would use in later night sets to start to wind down. A fantastic fusion of so many styles and elements. Some acid, some trance, some house, some vocal and even some early Italo influences. Just an amazing and superbly sequenced blend. For me, Force Mass Motion WAS Rabbit City Records. Yes, there were artists like Sandman and DAC Robinson, but ask most ravers of the time to name ANY RCR track and I bet it's a FMM one that comes to mind (and probably from the seminal Escape EP - although Sonik Source is better IMO).
@@ForceMassMotion It's every raver out there that should be thanking you man. Without tracks like this, Panic. Force Format, Listen Up and the absolute legendary Sub-Sonix the scene of the 90's would have been a much poorer place. I still recall the first time I heard Sub-Sonix at the Rez Event (the outdoor one) in '93, shook the place. Sonik Source still gets played regularly by me, Chemical Warfare and Listen Up are just criminally good!. So, thanks to you for creating these tracks and helping to create the scene we all loved so much!
Hmmm that's a big question after all this time. I used to tour the world and everywhere I went I scoured record stores and junk sales for vinyl that said the word "Acapella" I'd just buy them without listening to them. So I have many crates of the stuff, at a guess I'd say that's the source. What one? That would take a good deal of searching!!! Cheers Pat 🙂
Aww man I've had this on a tape from Australian radio back in the 90s ( th-cam.com/video/TRHwHFJc6mQ/w-d-xo.html ). I've finally got the tapes and a cassette deck (London now) and started ripping them. It's SO great to finally be able to ID some of those tracks from back in the day! Love the 303 and vocal in this! SUPER TUNE!
@@brentoneckersley3749 Awesome set man! I'm so happy to finally have my tapes back, I'd forgotten about it but used to cane this mix! To be honest, I love the little mistakes when people were playing vinyl. Everything these days is so clean it may as well be recorded in a studio :)
Ha thanks bro. I was VERY lucky. First time I ever played Fantasy, crowd was SO live, national radio... and the fkn needle jumped lmao. But yep, that was club life personified 😅

Respect to one of the original pioneers. Bossman.☺
It's 2022 and I'm just hearing this tune now for the first time and realizing my life has been incomplete for the past 26 years
That’s amazing to hear!! Thanks soo much 😎👊🏻

@@s.g.engineeringltds.g.engineer Nope, just a track I suppose that sounds similar ... BT's a bit of a legend though

Anyone know M.Wells vocalist? Cheers in advance.
stunning track-can you talk about the vocal?-where did it originate?

I've heard it before on a few other tracks.
Even a very old hardcore track
