@Ghaith Adib it requires transfer of energy from a realized master to the disciple via touch. how can you learn a technique like that from youtube ? its a sharing of practical knowledge of god-realisation from ancient times.

he has written many books. visit their website. kriya yoga taught by paramahansa harihanandha lineage is more tense as it's not edited or simplified.
Kriya taught in yss has left out 2 important techniques, Harihananda lineage has it, because it comes from Sri yukteswar in 1st Kriya intiation.
