The only ninja bike mmr build that’s viable is one with Picaros with a yellow core, 1 pc hotshot, 1 aces, 1 habs guard and then either chain killer or airaldi chest w/ headhunter. It is weaker than most mmr builds but utility of 3 skill tiers and then using future perfect for maxing it out.
If not using Nemesis, would you say that it would be more acceptable to switch Fox's Prayer to something else? (Since Mantis/White Death has some DTOC covered).

Yes, Expertise 20 is roughtly a 6% increase in the total damage of stacks. Using the example in the video, this will put you from 21.1 Mil. To 22.3 Mil.

It is a fun piece to play around with for sure and it is enough to get you through any content. It just won't be best in slot for really any build there is with possibly an exception of a healer build

You are comparing Drop Rate to the RNG for Attribute Rolls. We have ways to effect drop rate. Heroic 5 Directives, go kill a named. We have zero ways to effect Attribute Rolls. If you do two Heroic Bounties with 5 Directives, you are near enough garunteed to get at least one Chainkiller.

Dude to Fox's giving pretty much one fo the largest buffs before stacks, I would say they are Top Tier. Technically, Sawyers Knees are best in slot.

Can confirm that ninjabike with headhunter combo struggles in higher end combat. Its fun but not so much in higher end.

Head Hunting takes a lot of practice.
