Love it guys the winds have been relentless this season. I just got back from a NY and PA trip and came home with wind burns on my face. Did manage some nice steelies though.
Beautiful buck males guys!! Nice clean steelhead!!! Soo fun!!! Im going out wednesday the 22nd march. Lake Ontario Trib's. Still fun indicator/bobber down fly fishing but i always bring my noodle rod with me aswell. Haven't tried the pin reels yet but between fly fishing and constantly using baitcasting reels im sure i could pick up pin fishing pretty quick. Looks like fun! Drift for days! Fish on!!

Here's a challenge, first person to land one on a very light leader (3-4lb) wins lol. I've dropped to 4lb when fish are being finicky or its stupid clear. Landed a lot of fish but its scary at times. Love the videos.
When I used to fish with a old friend of mine I used night crawlers he used sacks about the same count. We used to fish that little creek in Mich. city. Do you ever get desperate enough to use the crawler, been forced to when out of spawn. Catch a lot of coho on worms in creek alps.
Leave a comment what challenge you guys wanna see next!👇

Thanks for watching tight lines!🤙🏻
👍👍Nicely done! The weather certainly has been a challenge this year.
Thanks! Definitely been a weird winter
Wobble Glo’s vs. yarnies maybe? Could do some plug fishing also. Another great video guys!

Lake Ontario tribs hold the biggest steelhead in Ontario
6mm vs 8mm beads - No bags involved
That’d be a fun one!
Do you know if anything is happening at the big lake piers? Coho perhaps?
They’re gettin some cohos I believe
Is there any reason you guys dont use slip floats in those deep spots?
Can’t read em as good as a fixed float. Mainly personal preference tho
@@sbsoutdooraction3055 makes sense! Was curious if the cold temps made it tough, but bite indication makes more sense
Do you guys ever use marabou jigs?
Occasionally!
If you caught hatchery steely, were you keeping it? Or not?
The ones we do keep are hatch females. We don’t keep all hatch fish tho
That is Jaque Le steel. He is a fine and refined French strain. Very rare.
😂😂
Beads and jigs next
That’ll be a good one. We’ll get workin on that😎
