To all the guys complaining that this is a bad "how it's made video" - it isn't a "how it's made video". It's a "how your factory equipment would look like if we built it for you" video. In any case, if you don't mind googling - looking up separate processes shown in the video gives a pretty good idea how milk powder is made
This is exactly what an instructor for how milk powder is made needs. This is the ONLY way that I can have my 140 students a year on a 'field trip' to a milk powder facility. This is made for someone that knows what the processes are and wants means to explain to students. Thank you a million for this kind of animation and high level on detail on what needs to happen to produce milk powder!!!!

There are two common types:•High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST): Milk is heated to about 72°C for 15 seconds.•Ultra-High Temperature (UHT): Milk is heated above 135°C for a few seconds, allowing for longer shelf life without refrigeration.
Although the computer-generated animation to create this video is unique and fun to watch, I learned absolutely nothing about how powdered milk is made. Unless there are global trade secret protections, you should have people explaining or showing the process.
This is not to show how it’s made. It’s the Equipment used to make it.

Milk is received, stored, then heated up and cooled down (pasteurization process to kill bacterias), heat up the milk until it becomes a mass, heat up again until all the moisture is out of the mass, mix it to have particles equally sized, bag it, store and distribute it. Remembering that powder milk is a combustible dust, therefore, the process is subjected to explosion hazards.

6:30 evaporated product is pumped by the homogenizer pump into the spray dryer creating powered milk.
Everything is by robots and the white ball GEA Group send those milk powder also to the Robot

This might be ok if you are wanting to make a milk factory and want to know what equipment to buy but it is not interesting at all and was actually painful to watch. Way to make learning an awful experience
