This is exactly what an instructor for how milk powder is made needs. This is the ONLY way that I can have my 140 students a year on a 'field trip' to a milk powder facility. This is made for someone that knows what the processes are and wants means to explain to students. Thank you a million for this kind of animation and high level on detail on what needs to happen to produce milk powder!!!!
To all the guys complaining that this is a bad "how it's made video" - it isn't a "how it's made video". It's a "how your factory equipment would look like if we built it for you" video. In any case, if you don't mind googling - looking up separate processes shown in the video gives a pretty good idea how milk powder is made
Although the computer-generated animation to create this video is unique and fun to watch, I learned absolutely nothing about how powdered milk is made. Unless there are global trade secret protections, you should have people explaining or showing the process.
Milk is received, stored, then heated up and cooled down (pasteurization process to kill bacterias), heat up the milk until it becomes a mass, heat up again until all the moisture is out of the mass, mix it to have particles equally sized, bag it, store and distribute it. Remembering that powder milk is a combustible dust, therefore, the process is subjected to explosion hazards.
Pasteurization System: Heats milk to a specific temperature for a set time to kill harmful bacteria, ensuring safety and extending shelf life. There are two common types:•High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST): Milk is heated to about 72°C for 15 seconds.•Ultra-High Temperature (UHT): Milk is heated above 135°C for a few seconds, allowing for longer shelf life without refrigeration.
i am now in project spray dryer construction handling EAI lead. using Gea AVAPACK machine for filling-packing. almost on commissioning period. very good overview..
This video was created to support overall communications for dairy powder production and total scope of supply. Anyone wanting more information about how milk powder is manufactured should read this book www.gea.com/en/expert-knowledge/milk-powder-manufacture/index.jsp
Its for potential buyers(investors), its not "how it is made" video ... anyway nice animation. My job include also animations but this is high level of project :)
How stupid are many of the people making comments on this video? It has been made to show potential clients what GEA Group can provide when wanting to set up a factory.
Only room section and machine are shown inside the factory. I dont see any milk process in this video.how come the liquid turn into powder. Got nothing to see.its useless visual videos
This seems quite not so clear. i am going into production of goat milk. i want a system that can help me process that milk into baby formula. Please advice. my capacity is small, about 3000 litres daily, with a capacity to increase.
This might be ok if you are wanting to make a milk factory and want to know what equipment to buy but it is not interesting at all and was actually painful to watch. Way to make learning an awful experience

This is not to show how it’s made. It’s the Equipment used to make it.
@@kingarcher5557 yes. True and agree

I like the way you did all this, but I think you should put voice that explains every step of process and progress. Keep going 💪
Can it do yoghurt too?
This should be a Unity game!
Thank you gay Wheatly for the tour

the graphics are something crazy, like the game Portal in 2030 or something
They should make Portal 3 lol
