    DO NOT USE EDIBLE CANDY SPRINKLES ON THESE, IT COULD RESULT IN MOLD GROWING ON YOUR CUPCAKE SOAP!!!

    These are really cute! The frosting is a quick and easy way to make them. I see so many soap makers making their frosting and then piping it and its seems like a lot of added time and ingredients. This is a Great alternative!

    it's easy to make wax frosting. you just let the soap set a bit n whisk then place in a piping bag then pipe like frosting. you can also do it with soy wax. I sell the safest candles and melts in Australia I use Ecosoya CB135 soy wax

    Emilie Lefler
    I'm a newbie so apologies in advance for sounding stupid. Are these soaps for decoration only? Wouldn't the sprinkles, beads, mica, etc, come off into the bathwater? Seems like it would possibly clog the drains but also be uncomfortable if they lodge underneath your body as you're trying to bathe and relax. Maybe I missed something though - are the little pearls, sprinkles, etc. made of a substance that melts in water?
    BTW, Emilie, I think you are the most articulate, talented and artistic TH-camr I've ever come across, and I mean it sincerely.

    You thin if be a little more easier just to melt some wax and apply like frosting? That's exactly what they do as cupcake cream. BUT I LOVE HOW THHIS LOOKS 💕

    • @theslykitten9551
      @theslykitten9551 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      wax is a liquid, it'll just run everywhere, its not like frosting, do you understand basic physics?

    • @Nerdylicious3
      @Nerdylicious3 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do understand the basic physics. If you melt wax just a little, it will turn into a kind of frosting texture. Then, you can apply it as if it was frosting. Some people do this and I know exactly what I'm saying. I just don't think I'd have to go through so much just for frosting.

    • @theslykitten9551
      @theslykitten9551 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cialaxy I don't think you so know what you're saying, you're just a child after all. What would you know?

    • @Nerdylicious3
      @Nerdylicious3 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Listen, I may be a child but I know exactly what Im talking about. If you watch people do candle DIY's (with cream on the top) you would see that some of them would melt wax. But just a little and add dry wax just enough where it would become a frosty texture and would give it a frosty look. Just because I'm a child doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about. Can you do a little bit a research instead of criticizing my idea?

      ***** Melt and pour es una base que puede derretirse en el microndas, y se le agrega fragancia y otras cosas. Donde vives? En el internet es facil comprarla. Y si si hace espuma, y se puede lavar las manos y el cuerpo completo :) Si te gusta la espuma, no le agreges aceiters, solo fragancia.

    My soaps always have kind of tear drops on them for weeks. Is this normal? If this does not happen to your cupcakes, I will only do cupcakes and no longer soap bars. I mean, they are still shedding tears after more than 3 weeks. Bummer. Crafty hugs from Carmen, Germany. New subbie, by the way

    Was turning the frosting mold yellow necessary?

      Hey there! So, the type of mold putty that I used in this tutorial naturally turns yellow. You have to mix the white and the yellow portion together so that it can actually form a mold that will set up and hold its shape. I'm not sure how other brands would work for this project, this is the only type of mold putty I have used. Thanks for watching and happy crafting! :)

    You're a genius..... but idk if using edible sprinkles is a good idea I'd make soap sprinkles or salt instead...

    Maybe instead of putting the extra "cupcake barter" into other cups just keep it re heat it back up and use it for the cupcake gluing part
