How is your oven working for you? I just purchased one, plugged it in and temperature wont go past 330 degrees. That is with temperature set all the way up to 500 degrees. Have you encountered that and if so how did you fix that issue. There is a reset button on back but that is just for no heat, I'm getting heat, it just wont go past 320 degrees. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi! So, when you first get your oven, make sure it is at least 12 in from your wall, make sure the unit is plugged to a dedicated outlet, meaning the unit should be plugged by itself, turn your oven on to 350 for about 15-20 minutes first, you'll notice light smoke, but this is necessary to release the oils from factory, the next day turn your unit on to 400, for about 15-20, minutes, and the third day as well. Follow these steps to prevent overheating and malfunction of the unit. By day 4, give your oven at least 5-10 minutes to come up to temperature. These ovens are not conventional so the temperatures will not be the same. Your usual conventional 350, is now your convection 400. Hope this helps, ket me know if you have additional questions.
@@gourmetcookieshop So as a final report here, had a technician come out, the oven was brand new and defective. As I stated it would not heat past 320 degrees. The rheostat switch, the dial that controls the temperature was defective and even when turned all the way up, in reality it was not moving it past 1/4 of a turn. Trying it yourself you would not think that that would be happening internally but that was the case. That dial was replaced and it worked fine after that. The oven has worked outstanding at keeping temperature after it was replaced. Bad that all happened, a service call to replace as you would image costed. Advice if it doesn’t work as described return it. When it is working as described it is a very good unit..
Hi! I’m opening a coffee shop and plan to use this for cookies and holding heat (150 degrees) for sandwiches during lunch times. Is your oven still working fine?
