Haha I suspected it would be the same as Verdant yeast I’m brewing with Pomona tomorrow but have no expectations for it being any different to my usual hazies using Verdant or WHC Saturated. Cheers for putting an honest side by side video up! Keep the vids coming Mark & Penny 🍺👌
All 3 are great yeasts. Saturated and Verdant are pretty much the same, but Saturated is cheaper. I'm currently trying Pineapple Passion against Saturated. Interesting to see how that turns out.
Volume can be adjusted to fit one packet of Verdent or Pomona with there software compared to there New England which needs more than one packet of yeast. I like using Lallemand yeast, Verdent would be my favourite. There Sour yeast work's very well in a kiwifruit Sour. The BRY97 West Coast another good one. Diamond made a very nice NZ Pilsner.

@ interesting indeed are you doing another comparison video? I pitched the Pomona Saturday evening and it hit FG this Monday morning super fast one!

I completely disagree.
So annoyed that Lal discontinued Koln and brought out another IPA yeast that is basically the same.
There's a lot of options out there now, WHC are bringing out some great dry yeasts at the moment.
