they met on a Chinese variety show Youth With You 2 where Shaking was a trainee and Silence Wang was a mentor for a few eps. they also did another collab in the show called Never Give In with other trainees (strongly recommend you watch it).
Shaking is obviously amazing. I'm waiting to see what path she will walk after the9 is disbanded. This doesn't mean I hate the band but everybody know put-together band like this is temporary. This process is mainly for the profit & recoupment f those sponsors who supported the show. However, it's not organic and none of the members can show their full potential. They are just stuck together and the real fun & excitement will only happen when they are free again. : )
i think the way Shaking rap is too fast and reminded me when her got a comment from JONY-J that he couldn't understand when she rap on the first show. wish I could listen when she has a better beat. sorry for her fan. it's my opinion. I like Silence Wang and his song and also I'm the one who vote for Shaking in international vote too.
I don't think so her rap makes the song even more special than it is. The rap isn't the problem in her evaluation it was the lyrics. Jony j couldn't understand the lyrics. Actually shaking lyrics is much more deeper than you thought you can say she is a genius. But jony j saw a potential on shaking and he knows that shaking is a great rapper. But since shaking was just a rookie jony j wanted to put pressure on shaking so that shaking will work even more harder and already expected a lot from her but he still thinks that shaking hasn't fully showcase her rapping skills.
Isn't rapper always fast when spitting words? The rapper that actually slow but still fast is the rapper that can play with flow. Just like Lisa and Jennie. I can't follow Jennie's rap because she is so fast, but I can follow Lisa's rap because she has that flow.

Even fans was shock that she tried rapping liked that but oh well shaking is always trying to find something new to shock everyone even the trainees admired her
