Thinking of doing it as a Christmas give away possibly. Holding out to see if I get anymore subscribers first. A few people have said keep the floss but I don't think I want loads of floss sat doing nothing, I prefer purchasing my threads fresh for each project at the moment x
I have a stash of floss but I hate rummaging through it trying to ones cos I have loads but half the time the colour I want isn’t there. When kitting up for a full coverage I tend to just order all the flosses in one go and not bother with my stash x
That is beautiful, well done on your first HAED finish. Top tip for washing out the grid, if you have used DMC then do it as hot as possible with gentle detergent, sufficient water to completely cover. You might need to push it down until it soaks up water ... don’t panic it won’t run. Leave for about an hour and then agitate and rinse. Then repeat with the piece up the other way, rinse etc. Easy Grid is a devil to get up off is you have thick thread build up, especially where colours are lighter. I then hang from top, and smooth out as it dries. Place on a towel and press, not iron. I’m working on HAED Alpaca, HAED Mini Aquarius Rising, HAED Mini Magic Book. It have just finished HAED Mini Spring (now discontinued) and HAED Mini Bouquet. Only found you today, but will apply for the FB group. Ka6 x
I was jumping for joy as I saw your new Video. It's so nice to listen to you while stitching. But Ali, keep your leftover floss. over time you will need it and one day you'll have a little library of floss and you can allways kit up the half of your projects from your stash.

I love watching you stitch! I’m working on 2 HAED and a few random other patterns but the HAEDs are Spirits of Salem (chart of the month in 2019) & Freebie QS Raven God (both on 18ct, full cross). Soon to start Mini Black Death as a commission and I may do tent stitch as it’ll be on 25ct.
Oh, I agree, you should keep your left over thread. I love your nails! So pretty! I cannot stitch with nails, I have to keep mine super short. I really like your frame, where did you get it?

The frame is a part elbesee frame. The side bars are elbesee. Dowels brought for this wider piece. xx
