mine is pretend to teach someone to child of age 5 , add images , relations , curiosity , give real world example so that you got your points make active recall by making questions based on facts and concepts ( flash cards are mostly facts , add concepts to flashcards ) keep meditation because learning need attention and consolidate imp to recall back so negative thoughts will distract your progress small chunks , learn with joy than force please suggest if there is anything to add relating things is also best way but intentionally relating made headache i tried it which thank you
