You really look like you have no idea about what you’re doing. I used to do what resell back in the days too. my margins were 50% at very least on any sale. Most of my stock was brand new luxury items. A bit of second hand but not much… This is what you need to do dude, instead of making $25 on a pair of destroyed shoes that you’ve managed to sell to a complete ignorant. Work your ass off… For a year or two… And I do mean WORK YOUR ASS OFF… Save at the very least 100’000 pounds. And then make your margins on the quantity that you’re selling, instead of going for shit quality… I don’t mean to be an asshole but I’ve done all that many moons ago. Didn’t need a random dude on TH-cam to tell me what the fuck to do… Anyways. Hope this put things in perspective a little for you…
