yea harley is probably one of the strong characters, she has a combo that can lock you and push you up

one thing that shaggy and harley have in common is the moves with the auto distance like the horizontal kick of shaggy and the spinning kicks for harley cause they are scripted to not be stopped when they hit you and are very annoying, i saw players spamming shaggy kick just for move and not attack
