Such is the condition for aspirants from North and/or central India who are not fluent in English. Who is going to help them?
Really i was shocked to see factual mistakes in the eco survey, gov flagship document. The way translations were done, it clearly shows how difficult it is going to be for the Hindi belt aspirants to write and explain such complex terminologies. Really its a concerning situation!
Abhinit Rai Solution lies in them learning English. Imagine the condition of poor students from interior South India not even attempting the exam because the questions are only in English/Hindi.
