It's suprising how far Rockstar is willing to go to not add buyable police vehicles in this game when a good chunk of the GTA community has asked for them at some point.

The car’s description is a reference to CJ’s line to Sweet because he bought another Greenwood after his old one was destroyed during the mission ‘Reuniting With Families’.

After buying two (so far), I'd like to point out two things, one is that in my opinion, the rear is inspired by the '69-'70 Imperials (which is a bit of a shame, as I'm in love with the Monaco's taillights). the other is that without the spoiler upgrade, the car is super easy to powerslide. I just spent half an hour taking every corner sideways, and I didn't even scratch the thing.
I love this car.

(Also, it has a weird glitch, where the front grille completely disappears during customization. I could only fix it by entering the agency twice.)

I kind of think they used this car in the IAA missions as a reference to men in black. The car in the movie isn't a Monaco but they are slightly similar. They Imani tech is also what makes me think this.

I was suprised how much I loved this car, I have a personal bias towards older cars, so it's easily my favourite from day 1. Overpriced af but if you like clean old cars I'd easily recommend this one
I didn't even notice the orange trim because I went with a classic brown colour

I bought the greenwood and customised it to resemble the bluesmobile,but two things are missing. One….the license plate and two….the livery.
Edit: managed to get my license plate…now the livery is missing.
I love the fact the standard transmission is a 3 speed, it really fits the car

I was extremely disappointed we didn’t see an old style police livery at least. Especially since this would’ve rounded out an amazing Dukes of Hazzard setup as Roscoe and Enos’ police cruisers
If Rockstar would of had the option of putting a big megaphone on top of the roof like in The Blues Brothers that would have been wild.
Tuner cars have been fixed. Unfortunately the payphone hits are nerfed they only pay 50k now
From what I've been hearing also certain vehicles that have handling flags have been fixed
Man the payphone hits were the best, even better with triple XP or Double

I really wish they had based it more on the 74’ Dodge Monaco with police customization options such as bullbars and a siren with another roof accessory being the a loudspeaker so that you can make the Bluesmobile or just a 70s cop car in general
I was looking forward to making a bluesmobile this update cause my previous one wasn't that convincing. shame that we still can't put police livery on.

The Turismo R, Zentorno, Picador, Schwartzer, and Sentinel XS have received new cosmetic parts and liveries.

I’m mad that they are holding the Chevy beast concept as a dripfed car because that was the vehicle I was most excited for besides the other vehicles that they are holding hostage, the Audi R8 and the new Camaro as well

This is definitely an interesting addition, its growing on me lol, I just don't like the stock whitewalls, and the fact we can't change the interior color, plus it could use a proper 70s horn, I can't wait to see all of the classic cop car mods made for this, also, does anyone know what cars have new parts?

They finally have a car that's I use everyday. Right when this car came out I bought. I love it the only downside you can't add any weapons onto the car but that missile Jammer is a blessing.

And I can agree with Broughy1322 right now, a bunch of these Online cars could fit very well in traffic to add more variety than just seeing the same cars drive around for almost ten years that probably wouldn't be seen driving around so commonly anymore.
The new customization for the older vehicles is also kinda cool. Still need to check out the picador to see what they did with that
They added liveries and bumpers and spoilers that's about it I think I own one right now and the suspension lowers more too

While customising this a little MrRegular (RCR) voice popped up in my head. Just constantly saying winga-dinga and BROWN and malaze, so I customised it in that way
RCR loves the BBC (BIG BROWN CAR)

If you want a good colour for the Greenwood, mix Pfister Pink and Torino or Cabernet Red. Looks incredible with the stock wheels and stripes. 👍

5:24 might just be me but the Bravado livery almost reminds me of the decals most 1976 Plymouth Roadrunners would have.

Back in the day, these cars were used in great numbers by the Taxi services in Tijuana, Mexico.

This car was kinda dissipointing to me as there we're no options for bullbars or a refrance to the blues brothers.
I was hoping they would at least add the giant bullhorn as a refrance to the movie but they didn't.
and yes, in case you're wondering, this car was the car that replaced the Caddilac Fleetwood early on in the movie.

The Invincible livery is based on the decal of the Chevy Nova from the movie Death Proof, it's interesting that Rockstar decided to put it on this car

Still pissed that there’s been a Tuners DLC but no mention of 2 potentially great tuners from GTA IV: the Hakumai and the Uranus.
On the Greenwood: I like retro cop car look but I would’ve tried to recreate Sweet’s version.
Extremely disappointed that they didn’t add a little IAA livery or police option for that matter. Regardless this car looks really cool and I’m definitely gonna purchase it because it looks fun to drive

I may be alone, but as a fan of "The Blues Brothers" movie, I feel like Rockstar missed a golden opportunity to give this car a Bluesmobile livery.
You need to checkout the Stirling GT & take it for the HW customisation

The Green bling livery is a reference to the green race car from Cars the movie
I just want to note that the livery called invincible is a reference to a movie called "Death Proof," a movie about a serial killer who kills his victims in car crashes. The reason the killer "Stuntman" escapes without injury is because his car has been modified with a roll cage, five point harness, etc. I believe the first car he uses is an Impala or a Nova but I can't remember. Overall kinda a crappy movie.
(edit) I just double checked and the car in the movie with the skull on the hood is in fact a Chevy Nova. During the final part of the movie, a 69 Dodge Charger is used.
Bought it because of the San Andreas reference... which I saw you kinda did when you said "Would I buy it again?". Sadly it doesn't have the half-vinyl top like the Greenwood from that game. Would've been nice if it had like an unmarked police livery like the center being white as that used to be universal among police cars. Personally I like the performance, though the Buffalo STX is still king of Muscle Cars. Due to the lack of weapons I'm surprised it still counts as a "Weaponized Vehicle" so you can't drive it in passive. I ended up getting the Homing Jammer as since the Oppressor Mk2 got the nerf I've seen more Deluxos flying around. But I think I've found a new daily driver.
it also looks like the Dodge Polara, which is another iconic car that police used back in the day.
Also did a cop car build. I went carbon black with a bronze pearl. I put my guy in a sloppy suit, and have been sliding over the hood for about 5 minutes now...
