@@rjmartindaleltd it’s all about the employees as you know. That’s who represent your firm, work, deal with customers. Your frontline , and yours are brilliant mate
Well handled with the elderly customers complaint Ryan. Like you said, it’s the little things in that circumstance that makes a bigger issue. Each customer is different and that may mean nothing to some but to that person, it was an issue.
Hey bud, love your content. Just wanted to ask for advice, so I’m 34 and starting a plumbing and heating collage course next year. I’m currently a lorry driver and also ex military, do you think it will be hard to gain employment after I’ve gained the qualifications? You really do inspire me. Keep doing the flogs love watching them Cheers Ben
Another great video Ryan 2 questions for you 1, how do you keep track of your service contacts do you use a spreadsheet or do you use commusoft (just try setting it up on commusoft and it a ball ache and it’s still not working ) 2 when your guys hit a van do you ever make them pay towards it? I ask as one of my guys was always knock the van and now say they have to pay the excess he suddenly become a lot more careful
Hi pal, 1 We use spreadsheet, Xero and go cardless We are not currently using commusoft for service plans 2 Yes definitely, unfortunately you need to charge at some point to see change
