Can be OData service configured in DWC so Appflow to be connecting to DWC? If so, what main dependencies it does have on SAP side?
And what about Run flow on event as flow trigger?

Is Schema evolution can be handled automatically? Ie. SAP Odata structure has new fields, without doing any update in appflow , will incremental S3 files has the newly add fields from source? Please clarify

Yes works for on-prem SAP systems as well, you would need to consider to use VPN or Direct connect first to create secure connection and then use AWS Private Link (see more in this blog aws.amazon.com/blogs/awsforsap/share-sap-odata-services-securely-through-aws-privatelink-and-the-amazon-appflow-sap-connector/)
