I bought a watch and they created the shipping label, then cancelled it and when talking with usps on the phone they said theyve never received the item wondering if you have ever had this issue and how to get them to reply to any of their emails. I have dm'd them, emailed them commented on ig, commented on youtube and no replys.

The real reason is that fine silver (.999) is very soft and it is more difficult to get surface integrity. All things being equal fine silver will polish up much brighter than sterling, but sterling is easier to get a high polish on.
@@Jerry9sit's very easy to polish 999 with just foam pad polisher. Whoever makes these doesn't polish them they leave them a satin finish or don't polish the sand scratches
