Percentage share of involvement (monetary or any other non-tangible or tangible support) of state as well as central govt. Also, whether its a central or state project or concurrent project. 5. A combination of biometric and geotagged attandance of the affiliated members (MP, MLA, ward members) when they come to inspect the development projects.
