I have a newer Swofy MP3 that looks similar. I keep the volume around 20-30 with my good (noise-canceling) over-ear headphones. I have to turn the volume way up with cheap headphones which bleed sound. The sound is great with about 128GB storage.
I have a 256 GB card, and it is slow, very slow. What I'm having problems is to charge it. I use USB port of a charger (5V, 1000mA), but I don't see the inner battery meter rotating. Is it getting charge? Or do I have to drain it to fully charge it again?
In folder view I have to turn the wheel counter clockwise to go down through the list and clockwise to up. This seems backwards to me. Is this correct?
I have seen this model on aliexpress from 2018 as I recall so basicalluu it is the same player, apparently they advertise model 2022 and each each they change this. But overall, the player is really good besides the button functionality which I find too complicated for my liking
hello there, it might be he product itself has some issues with the battery, maybe you could try and keep it in a dark relatively cold place such as a cupboard for 1 or 2 days to see if it is getting better. Hope this helps in any way. Regards
Let's use this song as an example the group blood good the song is Lamb of God another song is called pray I tried these two songs on this player at 128 kilobytes per second at 320 kilobytes per second and also wav at 96 Hertz the 320 kilobytes per second Windows Media audio and the wav file 96 Hertz play very well the base was deeper the highs were more crisp.
the audio quality of this player is great but unfortunately, the functionality in terms of buttons is not that great, me neither cannot use the volume wheel, too much hussle
I bought one of these, and I reckon it's not very good, I definitely wouldn't recommend it: The scroll wheel is infuriating as it scrolls in the "wrong" direction, and there's no "enter" button on or in the wheel - you have to use the "menu" button to enter. The wheel feels bad too. It has poor support for album artwork. And no bluetooth, pretty inexcusable at this price. I paid a bit more and got a Surfans DAP - and that one is better in every single way.
@@ianwalters451 I mean, I used the wheel on my iPod all of the time, and still do on my Fiio and Surfans; they all worked fine and are essential for navigation. The Swofy wheel is horrible (in my opinion) compared to those others. Artwork on the same flac files that works fine on all of my other playrers doesn't always work on the Swofy. I get that this is just my experience, and is based on the way I like to use these players, which may not be the same as other users' experiences. For me though, this is a poor player. (If the wheel felt better, scrolled the correct way around and had a built-in click-to-enter, and if the player had bluetooth, then I'd say it was a very good machine. These would all be very cheap & simple fixes, maybe a future model from Swofy will fix this...)

...when I'm playing a song the pause icon is on the screen. Pause it and the play icon is on screen. Also seems backwards to me.

3:50 the stuttering and slowness when going through a list of songs is a big no no for me.

The wheel is a design gimmick.
I never use it.
Art work looks great.
I always use a MP3/FLAC tag software to check it's formatted properly.
