Oda is smart, he's gonna do a reverse effect and have character siluoettes goofy, then design reveals badass, but then the opposite for imu. Imu is going to look really goofy and then luffy and imu will have a goof off. It would also parrelel how most of the celestial dragons very ugly.
So when they say it is a Doffy/Kaido hybrid, I think the body of Doffy with the mentality of Kaido. Not 100% of each as you change or mix things together. This is just how I would do it if he was my character, IF.
