Mam, I have one small doubt in step no. 4 Vus/d=0.512 KN/Cm
We have that value in SP-16 table no-62 (0.510) from last to second
6mm dia 400 mm c/c

Yes correct but we have to provide an 8 mm bar and a maximum spacing of 300mm.

Floating column is not advisable to provide.
