Do you notice the stock lightening footage at 6:23 in your review? That stock footage has been used in hundreds of movies and television shows, perhaps nine decades worth of them. However, when it was used twice in this film (one being in mirror image), I believe it was not yet stock footage. In other words, this film was it's first and original use. This movie was it's origen. I at least, I believe that to be the case. If I am wrong please let know and point me to which film was it's first actual use.
Oh that’s interesting. I’ll have to keep an eye out to see where else I can find it. Maybe it’s stock footage created by Universal studios so maybe it appears in previous films in their film catalogue. I might do some research to see if I can find the source.
@@filmstudentclub here are some titles where I have seen it. The "Crimson Ghost", Saturday morning movie series in 1946, (infact the very first moment of the very first episode of that movie series), The Attack of the Giant Crabs 1957 (produced and directed by Roger Corman), Jesse James Vs Frankenstein's Daughter" 1966 (used at least four times in one scene, directed by William Beaudine). I have a vague memory of it being used in an episode of the "Charmed" television series in the 1990s. But I haven't been able to track it down yet.
Thank you.
Thank you for the comment. It helps the algorithm.

@@thehmspinaforeclub4960 What a memory! I'll try to see if I notice it in anything else. Thank you.
Definitely the first sequel ever made that's actually better than it's predecessor ❤
I agree. I was a little down on the first but I was totally into this one.
