Naples being in the middle of the Western Mediterranean can become immensely rich too (in Vanilla I usually get it richer than Venice), so can Marseilles. I've never tried to convert Palermo into a commercial Hub, but I bet it would work fine. Stockholm can get immensely rich also. On the eastern shores of the Med : Thessaloniki, Nicaea and Antioch, of course. Inner cities : Milan, major French ones, major German ones, major central European ones (Vienna, Prague, Warsaw).
Hey, nice video friend! And yeah, I think all of these settlements are very good especially for factions like the Byzantines and Venetians who can really crank up their trades. Also Venice itself can become even richer due to the land trade between all the cities in Northern Italy, heck the entire Northern Italy area can probably buy out the entire world and bankroll your entire empire XD
I have a question about Rome Remastered, in Barbarian Invasion while playing as the romans im not able to build merchants and i had already checked it in settings and built the required building and still cant get one. Do you have any hints of what could be going wrong?
Is there still that secret area in this mod at the bottom of Sahara that had all the good trade resources? I remember in vanilla I used to send a convoy of merchants down there.
I have some plans about CoH videos something spicy. I have to work on it little bit more . It is an interesting idea reflecting on CoH3 news and stuff :D
Damascus is in top as well I agree :) when capturing whole levant and middle east all of that region will boom in trading. Antioch has access to ports which is huge boost
Hey some people also mentioned Stockholm as rich city if you are thinking about him for richest cities. But in my opinion in SS these are the best cities
Disagree. Med. 2 vanilla. In order. 1. Antioch 2. Stockholm. 3. York. 4. Arhus 5. Tie. Alexandria, Marseille, Palermo if you convert it to a city. Vienna is the wealthiest inland city. Genoa gets an honorable mention. Of course location of your capitol is a factor as well as your governor if you have one.
Thanks for your comment and for sharing your opinion. You have some notable cities you mentioned there. I can agree about Antioch in being one of the most richest cities :D. This is also influenced by Stainless Steel mod I have not mentioned it properly :). Otherwise I could add Marakesh
Wow, Venice trades chocolate and tobacco even though we are in 1080 medieval Europe. Now that is what I call trading.
Entrepreneurship level pr0
Babe wake up, new Strategy Dux video
haha hope you'll enjoy it. Next video is top 5 regions to conquer in medieval 2

Yea controlling whole areas will crank up that trade by huge margin. And that is when markets will overcome farms and mines :D

hmmm weird. And that agent is not built already? You can have only 1 per town per market level

Marakesh sadly no :/ Gold is distributed differently in Stainless Steel you have only one gold mine now there :D
Timbuktu I think he means
Maybe something about COH 2 will be added next time

You got your answer bro sorry for my late respond. More videos on Stainless Steel coming soon
Not a chance, Antioch often had poor numbers with me in the campaign of 2,3 k already faster I would choose Damascus which easily reached 8k +
