- Heres another large compilation i put together of 100 garbage trucks filmed over the last couple years. Mainly stuff from 2022. Filmed in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina and Texas. After spending a whole summer on the east coast and making various other filming trips on the west coast. Hopefully you all enjoy this one! Feel free to skip around lots of trucks with many of them having full videos ill post in the near future. And thanks to everyone who supports this channel means a lot and encourages me to keep on making trips to film trucks. At 14:45 the trucks frame for the sign is shaped exactly the way BFI had there’s just thought I’d put it out there.

I love that City Of San Diego CCC Pak Mor! Those are my favorite trucks!
At 52:14 what a surprise to see a Maxon front loader sure a treat to see in my early years that’s all at SCA Services ran with white motors Expeditor with the big Cummins engine. I’ll take a Maxon body over any other brand of body’s . Looking at the truck the body style is just Amazing and the over the tires the body has the curves going over the rear tires . Body style around 1978-79 and the packer Cylinders are the Stand Up style which I find it easier and safer to clean behind the packer Blade and more hopper room and the rear doors open manually and be careful once while opening the rear doors we had a good load I went to open and wouldn’t you know it my foot slipped right at the same time I pulled the rear door lever door popped out and caught me while I slipped knocked me back off my feet around 3 feet I’m a big guy heavy also it got me hurting almost really got hurt any worse. Got to be careful.

At 48:50 the United front loader sure moves mighty slow but I guess the route isn’t big made just one load route .

I’ll never understand how companies spends a lot of money on these trucks bodies with the Hydraulics and all you think they add outside controls and most of all have a driver who knows how to operate a front loader it’s dangerous for everybody if you don’t have the full context on operating a front loader especially when operating from the inside of the cab.

Young man at the beginning will never experience the true nature of doing house to house service pulling these toters are cool and everything but throwing 20 to 32 tons on a three axle front loader on the front loader with right hand drive makes it easier to get in n out of the cab so the driver and helper can move a lot quicker now a days the technology is great but the era of men throwing house to house trash is a art this generation of garbage men Will never know. I see not to many men have style in their work we keep moving now I see drivers and helpers will work slowly move and look at the blade cycle instead of just moving along especially if the rear loader can ride in pack is a plus
