type 1 diabetic here, who adopted a WFPB diet 3 months ago for heart health. I fully anticipated I'd use MORE insulin since I'd be eating many more carbs with this diet and just the opposite was true. Within 2 months I reduced my fast acting insulin by 50%. That result totally baffled me and went against everything I had learned about diet and insulin dose. Earlier this week I went to my endocrinologist and to her shock (and mine) my ha1c was 6! Thanks to this presentation, I now understand why the diet change has had such positive results for my diabetes. I am thrilled! Oh, I have also lost 30 lbs.....win, win.

Track fat intake also. Animal fat is highly implicated in insulin resistance!

Animal fats power the human cells, sugar in cooked plants will not power your cells , and produce uric acid !
If you don't eat animal products, you will die and live a miserable life of pain of suffering !

Wondering if fiber was tracked. Wondering about net carbs between the two groups. The vegans were told to eat low GI foods, which tend to have more fiber.

Humans can't digest fibers , as our gut is far too small in length to digest cooked or uncooked plants.
Fiber contains Phyto toxins that will provoke gut inflammation and many other diseases associated with gut issues like Crown diseases and leaky guts.
This channel promotes the destruction of the human body with unhealthy advices contrary to any observable truth among humans in nature !

So she still needs to dumb down type one and type 2 diabetes. She explained insulin resistance, not the difference between type 1 and 2 diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes is linked to vaccine injury and toxins present in it, pesticides and insecticides.
The human body under normal circumstances should not have insulin in the blood , unless in life or death situations!
In normal cases, human cells are powered by triglycerides, the brain being the organ that uses the most fats and sugar is only used to power the brain in case of flight or fight situations .
In any case , using plants to reduce insulin is dumb as using insulin to force human cells to absorb plant sugar !
If you use insulin , you will die much earlier 100% sure and suffer miserably!

12 units is nothing. Also, who has paid for the study?

I thank her for her vast knowledge but explaining these types of diseases in layman’s terms would be rather helpful .
