Your work is always fantastic, but i have a question. Why didn't you put the lights inside the fire place before glueing, if you already knew you would be putting it in there?
I didn't have the lights when I built that part so I had to wait to add them in. It would def be easier to do it before hand😊 I am so glad you enjoyed the project!

I got a problem................I can't decide what gives me more pleasure - what you create, watching you create, or watching your pleasure and joy in what you create........hard choice, one I'm not sure I can make.........so I'll just have to enjoy the entire in its entirety!
And the answer is Empty tuna fish Cans! Over 30 years ago one of my kids decorated some empty cleaned tuna fish cans in school art class and gave them to me for Father's Day as I recall. I displayed them on my work table. I discovered that if I put cups of paint or any other open liquid containers like paint, glue, and such into the empty tuna can they become all but impossible to spill. . .
the guy having some very ill-fitting pants with awfully hemmed pantlegs is just so funny 😂 maybe he sneaked them out of beetlejuice's closet and tried to fit them to himself haha

It's strange but since I've been doing the miniatures I find I'm always looking at things differently, thinking what could I make with that, I find it hard to switch off sometimes and get back to dreary housework. Well, thats my excuse anyway ;)

Had to pause, cus post-Covid-brain-fog issues (or just crappy memory?). I'd forget by the end! You had me ROLLING with spilling the paint twice, making sure you completed that VERY vital step of "wasting paint". Seriously, I needed that laugh! In that way... the paint wasn't wasted! Btw... i blame "issues" like this on anything else - usually the weather - instead of my own innate ability to spill anything within 6 feet of me. So some paint spilled? Oh, it's cus the weather's cruddy. Spilled more paint? Oh, the weather's so nice, even the paint is protesting! (It works no matter what the weather's like. Plus, usually pops me outta feeling annoyed at myself for wasting paint and paper towels lol.) Ok... on with the great Fireplace! Those green lights... PERFECT! Creepy dude... jaw-dropping! Stunning, and the view when you are sitting during the intro of the doors and floor of the afterlife basement is AMAZING!!! The perspective of that angle makes it look so real. The lights make that fireplace perfect, and are my fave part...well done. Love it!

I really like the way you sculpted the jacket of the priest as i had difficulty making a blazer with coat tails on my nerdecrafter box figurine. I'll have to try this technique for sculpting the jacket on in pieces and smoothing the clay together.

Stunning, and the view when you are sitting during the intro of the doors and floor of the afterlife basement is AMAZING!!! The perspective of that angle makes it look so real. The lights make that fireplace perfect, and are my fave part...well done. Love it!

The light in the fireplace is perfect OMG!!!
I really like the way you sculpted the jacket of the priest as i had difficulty making a blazer with coat tails on my nerdecrafter box figurine. I'll have to try this technique for sculpting the jacket on in pieces and smoothing the clay together.
I hope it works well for you. I just did it piece by piece until it all came together. Slow and steady wins the jacket lol!
