@@shibani187 It's confusing but each house is 30 degrees, right...For me my first house/rising starts at 22 degrees libra, but since there is 30 degrees in the space of the house, only 8 degrees of my first house is actually libra. So yes, libra RULES my 1st house but the rest of the 22 degrees in that 1st house are cusped by the sign scorpio. Therefore my sun can fall into the 2nd house (degree wise) of sagittarius.
@@ParisAryanna well u r either using Western or the KP vedic astrology.... Cusp are not that important.. cuz if u go through vedic systems there are many others who work without using cusp... But if u r strictly into Western astrology u r on the wrong channel.. kapiel only uses vedic astrology..
