It’s been a while since we’ve made a visit to the Union Pacific Geneva Subdivision. Last time, we made back to back trips at West Chicago and Elmhurst which didn’t disappoint. For this coming trip to the Union Pacific, we decided to return to another favorite spot of ours on the Geneva Subdivision in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The morning started off with a banger as our crew were busy at work catching trains on our cameras until things slowed down by lunch time. Throughout the day, it was definitely feeling like summer as we brought out the shorts and slippers along the tracks. By the late afternoon, we decided to catch a few trains later in the day by sunset. Overall, it was another solid day along the tracks. Enjoy the video from Glen Ellyn on the Union Pacific!

This is one my favorite stations to go to. In fact the last time I was here I caught a Union Pacific Norfolk Southern Manifest with a NS DPU. Oddly enough this wasn’t the first time I’ve seen NS power at this spot.

Awesome Weekday Metra & Union Pacific action on the UP Geneva Sub Metra's Union Pacific Lines have the best Metra Cars In my opinion too bad F59PHI 90 Chicago & NorthWestern Heritage Unit or F59PHI 79 make an appearance must be getting fixed up in the Union Pacific shops
