E46 sounds like a GT3RS for some reason, but still, absolutely beautiful sounding car! 😍

PS : There was an Issue while editing the video. The m3 e90 is a 4.0l Naturally aspirated v8 with 420 hp and 400nm. 0-100 is done in 4.7s. Sorry for the mistake !

I have a 1.6TDI VW Polo with a stage 1 tune (105hp to 145hp and 330nm), that does 0-100 in 7.5-8.5 seconds depending on weather and traction..

Exactly ! todays, some slow cars were considered very fast back in the days. Our way of dealing with powers has completely changed.
And you're right, a car with stage 1 can already be quite "fast" even if the car isn't meant to be "fast"
Turbo vs n/a have always been different categories for a reason.
E36 M3 sub 5 second to 60, took more than 20 years to make something compete against E36 M3 and u still need to tune car to beat it. The M3 used in this video is something wrong. And cheap 40 euro tires.

Must admit I never saw an e30 m3 accelerating irl but you might be right ! Maybe there was some traction issue in the recording
@@carsaccelerationstv484 i had a sport Evo and easy 6 seconds to 100 kph.
The normal one is just as fast to 100 with 15 inch wheels and 205 tires.
E30 m3 is 7.2 seconds 0-100

Yeah, it depends on the mod you're in. In track the gauges are different than in efficiency mod or than in sport mod !
