Oh I read the trilogy. Everyone kept telling me to read it, and it was absurdly terrible. I seriously felt like I was reading a bad thriller where the “hero” loses his mind and kills the heroine and then himself. I don’t see anything sexy about this series. It’s a handbook for domestic violence.
OMG I felt the same exact way about Pucked by Helena Hunting. So many people recommended this book everywhere for a while and I finally broke down and read it and was sooooo disappointed. I even tried to read book two as well and another of her books I just dont like her books
Haven’t read most of these. I like some of Tillie Cole’s other books but I just know this one wouldn’t be for me. And I HATED Pucked so much. I felt betrayed by the people I had seen recommend it. It’s probably the most burned I’ve been by a booktube recommendation.
I’m so glad you agree. I was completely turned off by Pucked, and I’ll be honest it wasn’t even all because of the beaver on every page, like it just wasn’t that well done of a book. I really liked Meet Cute by her, but this was just really bad. I don’t mind dark romances so times, but Sick Fux was the darkest book I have ever read, and I never want to read it ever again. I honestly thought I could get arrested at some of the images that book created in my head 🤢
This Man is the one series by JEM I just said no to! I liked her Bodyguard book 👍 And the Manwhore Series by Katy Evans is not what you think .... 🤔 You know that saying Don’t Judge a book by it’s cover? Check it out 💕

This Man is one book I read when I was younger but it was so disgusting. If you think book one is bad, you have no idea how much lower it can get. 🤢🤮

I’ll definitely give Katy’s books another try! I just wasn’t a fan of Real. I’ll add Manwhore to my TBR though 😁
