100% agree with you about Blue Co needing to get another team added to the network. Portugal being an ideal location given the heavy recruitment we are seeing from Brazil specifically, but also in South America.
If this were to happen sooner than later, it should give everyone more peace of mind with this abundance of youth signings. We need actual development paths - not just for making it to Chelsea’s first team, but also just to ensure our investments don’t go to waste and end up being worth very little once their initial contract is approaching its end. If we want teams to buy them, they will have to been given opportunities to shine somewhere.
