Honestly this is the sort of thing the history channel or discovery channel should embrace wholeheartedly. Its live action. Its drama. Its historical. The best part is you never know what will be discovered. Some episodes you simply find a stolen vehicle. Other cases you make a big discovery and a family finally gets to bury a love one that has been missing for a long time. You never quite know what it will be but you know it will be something different every time.
And don't forget-- their huge ability to make us laugh....their down to earth humor is wonderful ❤
I love these videos of classic cars getting pulled out of the water butI liked this one the most just as much as it hurts since I own the exact same Firebird just in white with red interior. I was amazed that the rear wheels still spun while it was pulled out. Sad ending for such a badass car, luckily it wasn't any rare Firebird like the 89 Turbo Trans Am

Gotta love the cinder block on the gas pedal! Somebody fell out of love with this old bird. Pulling these old wrecks out from the depths seems so spooky, you never know what you are gonna find in there, including nasty sea critters. Looked like the subframe was about to snap off from the body!

I am just loving the both of you together, so much more confidence, the two of you have come a long way. Nug been watching you since you were diving for treasure, than you taught Brit how to scuba dive. Watched Adam when he was still a single man scuba diving looking for treasure when not so confident diving, now doing so well. You both bounce off of each other and are so funny, like laurel and hardy, making every video so enjoyable. Watched your old friends on Ohio river saying 71 cars in that river, interested.. Great video for thirty minutes, hahahaha
You should auction parts like the piece between the taillights with the Firebird emblem to help fund your missions! Other small things like a horn button, shifter nob, hub cap center ect., easy ship items that have ID of the vehicle.

Been watching since the very beginning. Always enjoyed Nug’s sense of humor and how he and Adam harass each other. If you can’t have a sense of humor doing this you’d go nuts. My husband would meet me and other nurses for breakfast when we got off after working 12 + hour night shifts. Our brains were fried and our warped senses of humor would come out. At first he carried a pair of those squishy ear plugs so he could eat and not listen to us but gradually he got used to it and just went into his own little world. You guys are serious when need be and fun the rest. A good combination. Thanks for the laughs guys, I need them. I have severe Lupus and don’t feel like doing much most of the time. You guys take my mind off it !😜🤪❤
Hi, Adam and Jeremy. Not the hardest pull but also not the easiest when dealing with an older vehicle. She was obviously a 'looker' back in her day and it's a shame she was dumped in the river, but good job on getting her back on land.
I've seen you guys do some fairly dangerous stuff to do with your work, but smelling the inside of Adam's drysuit has me questioning your sanity, lol.

I’m starting to wonder if the police/ towing companies and others that get involved with your adventures start to get a feeling of dread when you motor into their town 😳
The VIN tag will be riveted on the dash, on the driver’s side, where the dash insects with the bottom of the windshield. They probably popped it off with a screwdriver, prior to launching the vehicle with that giant block. The convertible seemed to prove it had added strength at the rear “roll bar.”
Awesome pull. I had an 1981 Silver Anniversary Edition. They changed the shape a few years later, to the one you pulled out. That one is only a 6 cylinder. I miss the big V8 engines though. Have a great day my friends ❤️🙂⚘️.

Was the cinder block wedged in some way? Otherwise, it seems like it would have fallen out either when the car went over in the river or when you turned it right side up in the pullout.
I'm happy to see that you finally bought a pressure pump to hose out the insides of these cars!! That really has to remove a lot of weight.
Just an idea once you hookup to pull the car in, attach the buoy to something where the car was and go back to metal detect and pickup anything that got loose or fell out. Might turn up something interesting. 20:46

You need to dig the wheel lift into the ground as an anchor. Also you should lift the boom Up in the air as that will help lift the vehicle a bit to break the suction/drag onto the bottom. It's very similar to recovering a vehicle from a snow filled ditch.

A winch on the front of the trucks help when stuck , but can be a little expensive.

My first car was a blue with white racing stripes 1973 Firebird. Then in 1996 I had a 1984 Firebird with t-tops just like that one but it was black.

Nice video. Just a suggestion but you should upload shorter versions of these that are around 3-5 minutes or so. I think you'd get more views as a lot people would be interested to see the car pulled out and what it looks like but most people won't watch a whole 38 minute video about it. You should cut them down to just the good parts and then still upload the full version and also a short version. Just a thought, I'd think you'd get more views but honestly I don't know sheet about the youtube algorithm lol. Anyways cool video. This is the first I've watched but I plan on watching the others.

There's a vin # is on the engine block with it the bottom part of the motor and also on the transmission and the driver's door i believe one more spot but I don't know for sure. Just thought I'd tell y'all that since it seemed y'all was having issues.
